Important information about Le Bel Angle :

We are in a pedestrian-only area of Arles and you cannot access Le Bel Angle by car. Please see our Directions page for more information about arriving here.
We do not offer parking or secured bike storage facilities but you can find parking information on our Directions page.
There are no animals or pets allowed anywhere in the building due to allergens.
We do not offer any equipment for babies or children and there is a maximum occupancy of two people per room.
If you have mobility issues, please inquire with us before you make your reservation as Le Bel Angle is located in an authentic 18th-century provencal house and we want to ensure that the facilities are suitable for you to enjoy your stay. The Sonia room on the ground floor is our most accessible room.
If you have specific questions because you are prone to allergies, have a disability or experience sensory overload due to neurodivergence, please message us - we are happy to share information and accommodate everyone when we can.

Check-in / Check-out :

Check-in is from 16:00 and no later than 21:00 and is arranged at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival day.
Check-out is no later than 11:00.
You are welcome to leave your baggage with us as long as it is deposited / collected between 8:00 - 20:00 .
To ensure someone will be available to greet you, please respond to our email to arrange your check-in or baggage deposit time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
Please text us, message us via WhatsApp or email us if for any reason you will arrive more than 30 minutes earlier or later than your pre-arranged check-in time or baggage deposit / collection time. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to help you.

Dining during your stay :

A continental, French breakfast (included in the room price) is served in our dining area on the 1st floor (air-conditioned in the summer) from 8:30 - 10:30. An earlier, limited breakfast, can be served with prior notice - the local bakeries do not open until 8:00.
If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so that we may do our best to make accommodations so that you can fully enjoy your breakfast.
We do not offer any other food or drink services but there is a wide variety of options within a few meters of our Bed & Breakfast and we are happy to make recommendations.
We also do not offer the option to use the kitchen of the Bed & Breakfast to prepare or consume your own meals.

During your stay :

There is no smoking / vaping / e-cigarettes allowed anywhere in the building, including in your room. If you smoke outside, please be respectful of our neighbours and please do not litter.
There are no televisions or landline telephones anywhere in the building but free wifi is available.
Depending on your mobile phone provider, you may find your mobile reception limited in some parts of the building but free wifi is available.
To preserve the tranquility of the house, we ask that you do not use the speakerphone feature of your phone and that you use headphones when listening to your phone or laptop anywhere in the building.
The house is equipped with security cameras in the common internal spaces to monitor the security of the entrance.
To reduce water and electricity usage, towels and linens are not replaced daily but we are happy to provide replacements upon request.
Guest are responsible for locking their room when they leave in order to secure their belongings.
Depending on availability, we offer a laundry service for a fee.
If you have medication that requires refrigeration, we can store that for you in our kitchen.
For guests in Arles on business, you can use a printer / scanner for a small fee per page printed.
You are welcome to relax in our living area to read a book or do a crossword, chat with other guests, knit or crochet if that’s your hobby, or just to simply chill. We simply ask that you respect the calm atmosphere of the house and keep noise to a minimum.
Please be respectful of fellow guests when leaving or arriving early in the morning or late in the evening. We want everyone to enjoy their stay with us.
Do keep in mind that this is a bed and breakfast but also a home and please respect our personal belongings that may be in shared spaces.

Pricing and billing :

Room prices do not include the local occupancy tax which is 1,15 € per night per person and must be paid in cash (euros only accepted) before the end of your stay. Exact change is greatly appreciated.
Room prices include sales tax, linens, breakfast and wifi.
You will be charged 100% of the total amount due (minus local occupancy tax) when you make your reservation.
A replacement fee of 50 € will be charged for any entrance door keys that are lost.

Cancellation and refund policy :

Cancellations received 21 calendar days in advance of your arrival will be charged 20% of the total amount due.
Cancellations received 20-8 calendar days in advance of your arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount due.
Cancellations received 7 days or less in advance of your arrival will be charged 100% of the total amount due.
The local occupancy tax is not charged for cancellations.
If guests do not arrive by 21:00 on their scheduled arrival date, the guests will be considered a no-show and their room will not be held for them and they will be charged 100% of the total amount due.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation for any reason if the premises are no longer fit to receive guests due to unforeseen circumstances and for which you will receive a 100% refund.
